Cambodia's cadastral system is a process that surveys and records land ownership titles. The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction (MLMUPC) operates the cadastral system.

 
How does the cadastral system work? 

• The MLMUPC surveys land parcels and investigates them in the field
• The MLMUPC records land ownership titles in the land registry
• The land registry is kept at the national, provincial, and district levels
• The smallest unit in the land registry is the land parcel

 

What services are available through the cadastral system?

Online land title information checking: Users can scan a QR code on a property ownership title to find information about the property 
Land checking system: Users can check the ownership, size, and location of land online
